The initial property manager I had when I purchased the property at 3512 Throughbrook Court in Greensboro went out of business and the account was transferred to Vestal. I had no idea what to expect. The previous manager left a lot to be desired.
The purpose of this note is to express my appreciation for the manner in which you--especially Susan Chandler--cared for the property. As I have "matured" I tend to pay less attention to the property and find myself totally depending on Vestal Property Management. I am delighted with the results.
I first purchased residential property in 1962 and have had about half dozen scattered around the country ever since. That plus having ventured into multi-units--3 apartment complexes of about 200 units each. I say this because I have had managers in States from Virginia to Hawaii when I lived as far away as Cuba and consider myself to be fairly knowledgeable about managing properties and working with property managers. You folks are right there with the best.
Well done and thank you.
Thank you for the periodic updates on our property at 512 East Dayton.
Since your organization took over property management of our property,
we have been nothing but pleased.
My wife and I were wondering about listing 512 East Dayton for sale. Do
you have a real estate department, or know of a realtor that you could
I am not sure how the local market is doing over there in that part of
North Carolina, so I'm not even sure of what a realistic asking price
would be. If the numbers were to work out positively, then we would
pursue the matter further. But if the numbers did not work out, then we
would not list the property at this time.
Can you help?
I really appreciate speaking with you this morning. Thank you for your attention to my property and getting things straightened out with my former property management company.
You have that wonderful Southern politeness and charm!
