Vestal Property Management strongly believes that the best way to manage successfully is to give personal attention through inspections of the property managed along with regular supervision. This philosophy allows us to maximize our homeowners' investments while keeping the tenants happy. We continually work hard to reduce costs while maintaining or increasing our quality of our services. Since 1986 we have found the best maintenance providers at Vestal Property Management. We have partnered with several individuals that exclusively work for Vestal Property Management, to provide regular maintenance. To protect all parties, we ensure that all of our vendors carry both general liability and workman's compensation insurance. Vestal Property Management works not only with individual homes we work with Homeowners' Associations for maintenance needs covered by the Association, along with all of the HOA requirements necessary to properly manage, budget, collections, and provide financials.

Vestal Property Management is also committed to following to the Rental Agreement Act, NC Residential Rental Agreements Act and the International Property Maintenance Code. To comply with the Rental Agreement Act, all requests for routine maintenance must be submitted in writing. These requests can be submitted directly through our website, or by downloading our Maintenance Request Form and bringing it to our office, or by filling out the maintenance request form at our office.

Locks are changed immediately prior to each tenant moving in. We offer a master lock program that allows our company to ability to insure the necessary access when unforeseen circumstances occur. Vestal Property Management understands that residents may wish to replace their locks. We request that notification of all lock changes be submitted and approved in advance. To ensure quality of service, we request that a licensed locksmith perform all lock changes. We also require keys be provided to our office by the next day of the lock change.
